Damage Or Loss Of Our Tapes

Part of the conditions of our hire is that you take good care of our race night video tapes.

This means that you need to ensure that the video player that you are going to use on your event functions correctly.

We highly recommend that you test your equipment before your event with a tape of your own to ensure that all is well.

Every racenight dispatched from www.racenight.me.uk  is quality checked to ensure that it is rewound and ready to use.  We do ask all of our clients to help with this by rewinding their tapes at the end of their event

We offer the following advise:-

1    Ensure that all of your video tapes are at room temperature.  You need to have the tapes in the room where your video player will be used for at LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE  your event.  Some video recorders have a temperature sensor which means that they well not play cold tapes, due to a risk of condensation.

2     We recommend the same for your video player.

3    Test your equipment with your own tapes before you use ours.  This is to prevent unnecessary damage to our equipment.

Unfortunately we do charge if you return tapes to us damaged.  These charges are

Introduction film replacement costs are - £10.00 per tape

Actual Race film replacement cost are - £100.00 per tape

These are the replacement film costs and will be charged against your credit card.
