Course Description
Flat Course
The new track is 70 metres wide, licensed for up to 30 horses and has been designed as a fast galloping track with cambered bends and a stiff uphill climb on the back straight, rising 20 metres in three furlongs.

National Hunt Course
Just over a mile and two furlongs in length, the steeplechase course will take place on the outside with a proposed eight fences, with the flat and hurdle courses inside.

Facilities
There are 3 bars, several fast food and self service outlets within the Hugh McMahon stand. Limerick is the only sporting venue with a Supermac’s outlet.

Directions

By Road:
Drive through Limerick and follow signs for the N20 On the outskirts of Patrickswell, turn left at the first roundabout and go straight at the next roundabout. Limerick Racecourse is situated half a mile down this road on the left.

By Rail:
Regular service to Limerick City station from various routes. Buses run from the station to the racecourse on racedays.
