Course Description
Right-handed. Undulating oval course with relatively short run in of 3f,
with 5f, 6f and 7f straight distances an off-shoot from the main course. Tends to favour those racing prominently.
Facilities
There is an extensive range of bars and cafes in all enclosures. The "Paddock Cafe" offers meals and snacks.
Purchase a Day Member badge and you can gain admittance to the "Look-Out Restaurant". This restaurant
has a fine four course menu at a reasonable price. With wonderful views of the race course.

By road
Folkestone Racecourse is located five miles west of Folkestone Town, about one mile from junction 11
of the M20 at Newingreen. This is on the junction of the A20 and the A261
By Rail
British Rail Westernhanger Station adjoins the course and is five minutes walk from the station.
Services depart from London Charing Cross approximately every hour on the half hour. Intermediate stops include Sevenoaks,
Tonbridge and Ashford and allow connections from most parts of the South East.
