Course Description
The flat course is 1mile 1furlong in length. It is run left-handed has tight bends and undulations.
The National Hunt course is a wider and slightly longer circuit. It has eight notoriously easy fences.

Facilities
The Club Enclosure
This enclosure gives you access to all public facilities
as well as exclusive use of the Members’ Enclosure, the Club Bar and Hot-Servery. The Members dining room is
situated close to the parade ring.
The Tattersalls Enclosure
You have access to the main grandstand, parade ring and winners enclosure.
This enclosure has the The Gods Solution Bar and two smaller bars. There is also a self service cafeteria and a number
of fast food outlets.
The Course Enclosure
It is in the middle of the course. There is a bar, cafeteria and a
children’s playground. In the summer, extra children's entertainment is provided.
Directions
By road:
The Racecourse is situated just off the A1 approximately 5 miles south of Scotch Corner.
The exit at Catterick Village is the most
suitable point to leave the A1. The Racecourse is situated on the outskirts of the village and well signposted from the A1.
By rail:
Darlington is the most conveniently situated railway station, approximately 15 miles from the Racecourse.
The United Bus Station is easily found by exiting the railway station (via the back entrance) and walking down
Victoria Road. Buses run frequently to Catterick Bridge and stop outside the Racecourse.
